- All signatures are certified by a Court in Montenegro. The finalized and certified contract establishes the legal ownership;

- The Inland revenue Office determines the value of the property and Property tax of 3% of the valuation is paid and confirmed by an official stamp on the contract;
- The new title property will be registered with the Local Property Registry(cadastre)
